Our employees are constantly being supervised by shift managers. In Addition, we do not share agents between clients - your staff are your employees for the term of your contract.

6. WHAT ABOUT PRICING?

eOutsource Solutions offers fixed per-person payment structure based on the skill sets and experience level of the individual staff member. A monthly fee covers the cost of recruitment, salary, management, workspace, equipment and ongoing expenses of your staff. In Addition, we also offer a pricing solution that allows you to pay "per project"

7. WHAT ABOUT THE COSTS INVOLVED TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY STAFF?

Most communications can be done electronically. We will assist you in finding the most cost effective mode to communicate with your staff. Many of our clients communicate with their employees via instant messaging programs or simply by email.

Unlike other outsource companies, (who have 1 or 2 managers for hundreds of employees) eOutsource Solutions has small teams in place - each team with a shift manager.
